Sitecore Architect

We are looking for a Sitecore Architect to lead digital platform initiatives within the bank. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Sitecore CMS/DXP, hands-on architecture and solution design skills, and proven experience in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions for the banking/financial services sector. A valid Sitecore Certification is mandatory for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of enterprise-level digital banking solutions using Sitecore.Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices across Sitecore projects.Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable Sitecore solutions.Ensure integration of Sitecore with core banking systems, CRMs, customer onboarding systems, payment gateways, and analytics platforms.Oversee technical implementation, performance optimization, and security hardening of Sitecore applications.Support digital transformation initiatives, focusing on customer experience, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery quality.Stay current with Sitecore roadmap, upgrades, and new features relevant to financial services.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Sitecore Certification (Sitecore Certified Professional Developer/Architect or higher).8+ years of experience in digital platforms with at least 4+ years in Sitecore solution architecture.Strong expertise in Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, JSS, SXA, and headless implementations.Solid technical background in .NET Core/C#, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and Azure PaaS/IaaS services.Proven experience in large-scale Sitecore implementations in highly regulated industries (preferably banking or financial services).Deep understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the banking sector.Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud hosting (Azure preferred).Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience in digital banking platforms, customer onboarding journeys, and self-service portals.Knowledge of PCI DSS, data privacy regulations, and secure coding practices.Background in enterprise integration architecture within financial institutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
