Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Our mission is to safeguard enterprise digital environments through innovative protocols and applications that address the evolving challenges of the post-quantum era.We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong solution engineering and customer engagement experience to ensure the reliability, scalability, and secure operation of our cybersecurity SaaS platform across IT, OT, and hybrid customer environments.This role requires deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to lead complex customer integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and critical-infrastructure customers.Key Responsibilities:Own the reliability, availability, and performance of the SaaS platform.Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures.Define, implement, and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs.Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation efforts.Design and support secure integrations with customer IT and OT environments.Lead complex deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem architectures.Act as a senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers.Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution walkthroughs.Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational risk and manual effort.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.Collaborate with Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.Required Skills & Experience:6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Reliability Engineering roles.Strong expertise in Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).Experience operating systems with high availability and security requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers.Nice to Have:Background in cybersecurity or security SaaS platforms.Experience with OT/ICS environments (SCADA, PLCs, industrial protocols).Understanding of IT/OT network segmentation and security architecture.Familiarity with encryption, PKI, certificates, and identity technologies.Experience supporting regulated industries or critical infrastructure.Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Security certifications.Why Join Us:Lead reliability and integration for a mission-critical cybersecurity platform.Work with enterprise, government, and critical-infrastructure customers.High-impact role with strong technical ownership and visibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
