<div><p>Amentum seeks a skilled Site Lead to provide operational, administrative, and management support for CENTCOM II linguists operations in the Middle East. The Site Lead serves as the primary POC for resolving linguist issues, ensuring accountability, and overseeing accurate timecard and expense report input by all linguists. The Site Lead will identify issues to the Task Order Deputy Program Manager (TODPM) that impact staff, linguists, and supported customers at the sites.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide operational, administrative, and management oversight to all Amentum, Valiant, and subcontractor linguists in the assigned area of operation. This position will manage all linguists within Qatar and Saudi Arabia and provide administrative support to Amentum linguists in United Arab Emirates.</li><li>Manage day-to-day actions to ensure Amentum provides quality service and support to the customer in the assigned area of operations.</li><li>Manage and track all linguist TDY to ensure within approved cost, travel claims are accurately liquidated in timely manner, using proper charge codes.</li><li>Provide life support services for all CRC linguists arriving in Qatar gateway, to include berthing arrangements, base indoctrination/familiarization, account set up for Amentum linguists, outbound flight coordination, and other requirements as needed.</li><li>Educate linguists on approved leave policies and procedures, to include authorized number of days per year, advance notice, and foreign travel documentation requirements.</li><li>Communicate any new changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the Task Order Deputy Program Manager.</li><li>Ensure that all customer requests are forwarded to the Task Order Deputy Program Manager and the customer is maintained aware of the request status.</li><li>Frequently coordinate linguist and customer/unit POC meetings to ensure that expectations are appropriately managed and that all requirements defined by the SOW are met.</li><li>Maintain accurate KNACK (Valiant database) records for all assigned linguists.</li><li>Manage and maintain 100% annual language testing and medical readiness status for all assigned linguists.</li><li>Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel.</li><li>Ensure the linguist's health, morale, and welfare requirements are adequately addressed.</li><li>Ensure linguists adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct.</li><li>Provide verbal and written corrective counselling as necessary to address sub-standard personal and/or professional behavior.</li><li>Ensure that linguists adhere to work schedule and all administrative procedures and requirements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Position Requirements</h3><ul><li>Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in management or related field OR Military experience achieving a grade of E 8 or higher.</li><li>Three years of management experience (military or civilian)</li><li>Familiar with military customs, courtesies, and procedures.</li><li>Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Willingness to work long hours for extended periods</li><li>Work and travel in austere environments</li><li>US citizen with current U.S. passport</li><li>Must be able to work in a sitting position for eight or more hours per day.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed.</li><li>Must be able to travel to job locations by automobile and commercial airline.</li><li>Must be able to wear appropriate chemical and ballistic protective gear as required in a war hazard zone.</li><li>Experience managing linguist personnel preferred but not required.</li></ul><h3>Other Responsibilities</h3><h3>Safety</h3><p>Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
