Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join our engineering and projects team. The successful candidate will supervise on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, and assist in managing project execution. This role combines hands‑on engineering with project coordination responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Monitor contractors’ work to ensure compliance with project schedules, technical standards, and safety protocols.Review and approve shop drawings and technical submissions.Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.Prepare periodic technical reports, quantity statements, and progress invoices for management.Coordinate with safety and quality teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Identify and resolve site engineering issues, proposing practical solutions.Attend meetings with management, consultants, and contractors to report progress and coordinate project activities.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, structural design, or project management.At least 1 year of proven experience in a project management or supervisory role.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and Primavera or MS Project.Strong understanding of local and international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS).Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
