Managing the pre-qualifications and registration assessment, recording and analysis of respective data, and performance update.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Data Management and Communication:</p><ul><li>Responsible for uploading data in C4C (Customer Relationship Management system).</li><li>Submit samples to designers, contractors, consultants, and company owners.</li><li>Generate presentations about EXA’s products and services for the mentioned stakeholders.</li></ul><p>Coordination and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Coordinate customers’ factory visits.</li><li>Generate material submittals and follow up on approvals.</li><li>Provide reports on a weekly or monthly basis.</li></ul><p>Others:</p><ul><li>Keep the online sheet up to date.</li><li>Visit and conduct meetings for prospective projects.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job</li><li>To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem-Solving:</p><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
