Sharepoint Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience across SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, Microsoft 365, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, architecture, development, migration, governance, and client engagement activities for medium to large-scale enterprise projects.What You’ll DoKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of SharePoint solutions (Online & On-Prem).Provide expert consulting on information architecture, site taxonomy, metadata, content types, and governance.Advise clients on best practices, modernization strategy, migration readiness, and platform adoption.Conduct requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and prepare technical/functional documentation (BRD, HLD, LLD).SharePoint Development & CustomizationBuild workflows, business processes, and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.Create custom web parts, extensions, forms, integrations, and enterprise applications.Implement branding, UI/UX improvements, and advanced customization.Migration & ModernizationLead migration projects from SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 or file shares to SharePoint Online using tools like Sharegate, Mover, Metalogix, Quest, Microsoft Migration Manager.Plan, execute, and validate content migration, delta migration, and post-migration cleanup.Modernize classic sites to modern experience, including structure, navigation, and permissions.Administration & OperationsConfigure and manage SharePoint Online tenant settings, site collections, permissions, security groups, retention, and compliance.Configure service applications, authentication, UPS, search schema, BCS, etc. in On-Prem environments.Design and implement governance, permission models, lifecycle management, and security controls.Troubleshoot complex SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365 issues.Integration & AutomationIntegrate SharePoint with Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, third-party systems, and line-of-business applications.Develop API-based integrations using .NET, Azure AD App Registrations, OAuth, and Graph.Client Engagement & LeadershipWork closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.Mentor junior consultants and developers.Provide effort estimation, project planning, risk management, and status reporting.Ensure smooth delivery with high-quality standards and best practices.Required Skills & Experience10+ years in SharePoint platform (Online + On-Prem).Strong experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS.Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, search, permissions, governance, and administration.Expertise in SharePoint workflows (Nintex, Power Automate, legacy workflows).Experience with migration tools (Sharegate, Quest, Metalogix, Mover).Strong knowledge of Azure AD, M365 Security & Compliance, MS Teams integration, OneDrive.Strong understanding of SQL Server, APIs, .NET, Azure services.Experience in writing technical documentation and leading workshops.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-600, SC-300, AZ-900, PL-400, PL-200).Experience with enterprise DMS, Intranet, Workflow automation, custom portals.Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure Repos.Key AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Leadership qualities and mentoring capability.Ability to work independently and in teams.Customer-centric mindset with strong presentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
