If you are passionate about creating cutting-edge software and thrive in fast-paced environments, we would love to meet you!</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are looking for ServiceNow Technical Architect – ITSM&ITOM Health / Visibility expert.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own end-to-end architecture and design of the ServiceNow platform across enterprise engagements.</li><li>Define platform blueprints, architectural standards, and best practices aligned with business and IT strategies.</li><li><b>Lead the design and implementation of ITSM and ITOM module</b>s, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.</li></ul><h3>Implementation&Delivery Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformations from legacy tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).</li><li>Drive solution design, development oversight, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities.</li><li>Ensure delivery excellence through governance, quality reviews, and compliance adherence.</li></ul><h3>Governance, Security&Optimization</h3><ul><li>Establish and enforce platform governance models, development standards, and architectural guidelines.</li><li>Conduct architecture, performance, scalability, and security reviews to ensure platform integrity and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ServiceNow security, upgrade, and maintainability best practices.</li></ul><h3>Development Oversight&Customization</h3><ul><li>Provide architectural leadership for custom application development and platform customization.</li><li>Govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.</li><li>Oversee automation using workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, business rules, and scripting.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder&Pre-Sales Engagement</h3><ul><li>Act as the primary technical point of contact during design discussions, solution workshops, and executive reviews.</li><li>Support pre-sales and RFP responses, including solution architecture, POCs, and executive demos.</li><li>Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>Provide technical mentoring and architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and consultants.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence within teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li><li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)</li><li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM</li><li>8+ ServiceNow Micro-Certifications</li><li>7+ ServiceNow Accreditations</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>ServiceNow Expertise</li><li>ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)</li><li>Governance, Security&Best Practices</li><li>Custom Applications&Platform Customization</li><li>Performance tuning, upgrade strategy, and optimization</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Technical Capabilities</li><li>REST/SOAP Integrations, MID Server</li><li>CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery troubleshooting</li><li>Reporting, dashboards, SLAs, and operational metrics</li><li>Agile / Scrum delivery methodology</li></ul><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>An exciting and diverse team of professionals.</li><li>A creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional growth.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li></ul><p>If interested and ready to relocate Riyadh, KSA if selected, please share your updated Resume and details to vimal.misra@synechron.com.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
