If you are passionate about creating cutting-edge software and thrive in fast-paced environments, we would love to meet you!About the RoleWe are looking for ServiceNow Technical Architect – ITSM & ITOM Health / Visibility expert.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end architecture and design of the ServiceNow platform across enterprise engagements.Define platform blueprints, architectural standards, and best practices aligned with business and IT strategies.Lead the design and implementation of ITSM and ITOM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Implementation & Delivery LeadershipLead large-scale ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformations from legacy tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).Drive solution design, development oversight, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities.Ensure delivery excellence through governance, quality reviews, and compliance adherence.Governance, Security & OptimizationEstablish and enforce platform governance models, development standards, and architectural guidelines.Conduct architecture, performance, scalability, and security reviews to ensure platform integrity and efficiency.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow security, upgrade, and maintainability best practices.Development Oversight & CustomizationProvide architectural leadership for custom application development and platform customization.Govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.Oversee automation using workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, business rules, and scripting.Stakeholder & Pre-Sales EngagementAct as the primary technical point of contact during design discussions, solution workshops, and executive reviews.Support pre-sales and RFP responses, including solution architecture, POCs, and executive demos.Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Provide technical mentoring and architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and consultants.Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence within teams.QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM8+ ServiceNow Micro-Certifications7+ ServiceNow AccreditationsRequired SkillsServiceNow ExpertiseServiceNow ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)Governance, Security & Best PracticesCustom Applications & Platform CustomizationPerformance tuning, upgrade strategy, and optimizationPreferred SkillsTechnical CapabilitiesREST/SOAP Integrations, MID ServerCMDB design, data modeling, and discovery troubleshootingReporting, dashboards, SLAs, and operational metricsAgile / Scrum delivery methodologyWhat We Offer:An exciting and diverse team of professionals.A creative and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Competitive compensation and benefits.If interested and ready to relocate Riyadh, KSA if selected, please share your updated Resume and details to vimal.misra@synechron.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
