Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide dedicated on‑site technical support for printing infrastructure and Managed Print Services (MPS). The role is responsible for first‑level and basic second‑level support, preventive maintenance, incident resolution and coordination with centralized service teams to ensure optimal device performance, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProvide on‑site first‑level and basic second‑level support for printers and MPS environmentsMaintain troubleshooting and repair printers and related hardwarePerform preventive maintenance and routine health checks on printing devicesMonitor device performance, consumables and service alerts to ensure uninterrupted operationsAct as the primary on‑site technical point of contact for MPS‑related issuesEscalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors and coordinate timely resolutionMaintain accurate service documentation, incident logs and asset recordsSupport continuous service improvement initiatives and follow standard service proceduresQualificationsDiploma in IT Electronics or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent practical experienceAdditional Information3‑5 years of experience in printer maintenance, technical support or service engineeringExperience supporting Managed Print Services (MPS) in a customer‑dedicated or on‑site roleSkills & AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills\Good understanding of printing systems and MPS environmentsBasic knowledge of IT hardware, networks and system troubleshootingAbility to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendorsStrong documentation and reporting skillsCustomer‑focused mindset with good communication skillsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
