Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for team leadership, strategic planning, technical oversight, operational excellence, process improvement, and stakeholder communication. Your role will involve mentoring and managing software engineers, collaborating with product, design, and quality assurance teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and software architecture principles, managing project timelines and resource allocation, implementing best practices like Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps, and reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
