Senior UIUX Designer Banking

We are currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.EXPERIENCE4-6 years of experience in UI & UXBachelor's degree in design or equivalent areaAbility to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organizationExperience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and FigmaExperience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototypingKnowledge of Agile software development processKnowledge of Design Systems is a plusTECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology (50%)Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence (10%)Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design (10%)Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping (10%)Knowledge of Agile software development process (20%)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESBe highly analytical as well as highly creative and consistently demonstrate superb design writing and presentation skills.Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.Research, identify and articulate customer needs.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).Additional InformationTerms and conditions: Joining time frame maximum 4 weeks.Remote Work: No.Employment Type: Full-time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
