Senior Technology Engineer - DevOps

<div><p>We are seeking a highly skilled<b>CI/CD DevOps Engineer</b>to join the Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments, and driving DevOps best practices across the organization.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain<b>end-to-end CI/CD pipelines</b>for enterprise applications</li><li>Manage and optimize container platforms using<b>OpenShift (Kubernetes-based PaaS)</b></li><li>Automate build, test, and deployment processes using<b>Jenkins and GitHub</b></li><li>Implement and manage<b>Service Mesh architectures</b>(Istio or equivalent)</li><li>Integrate and manage<b>API Management platforms (3scale preferred)</b></li><li>Ensure code quality, security, and compliance using DevSecOps tools</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery</li><li>Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability</li><li>Drive<b>DevOps maturity</b>and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3><b>Required Skills&Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in<b>CI/CD pipeline development and automation</b></li><li>Expertise in:</li><ul><li><b>OpenShift / Kubernetes</b></li><li><b>Jenkins</b></li><li><b>GitHub (GitOps practices preferred)</b></li></ul><li>Experience with<b>Service Mesh (Istio or similar)</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>API Management (3scale preferred)</b></li><li>Experience with DevOps&DevSecOps tools:</li><ul><li><b>SonarQube</b></li><li><b>Checkmarx</b></li><li><b>Sysdig</b></li><li><b>SCA (Software Composition Analysis tools)</b></li><li><b>Cosign (Container Signing&Security)</b></li></ul><li>Solid understanding of<b>containerization (Docker)</b>and microservices architecture</li><li>Experience in<b>cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)</b>is a plus</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in<b>banking/financial services domain</b></li><li>Knowledge of<b>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)</b></li><li>Familiarity with<b>monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)</b></li><li>DevOps/Cloud certifications are an added advantage</li></ul><h3><b>Soft Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
