Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)

<div><p>We are seeking a skilled<b>Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)</b>to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with<b>OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins)</b>, along with a focus on<b>process optimization and continuous improvement</b>in a PaaS environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team</li><li>Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes‑based platform) environments</li><li>Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins</li><li>Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability</li><li>Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows</li><li>Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery</li><li>Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies</li><li>Support release management and deployment activities</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Experience</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in DevOps PaaS environments</li><li>Hands‑on expertise in OpenShift Administration</li><li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines</li><li>Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)</li><li>Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)</li><li>Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems (Git)</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working in banking or financial services environments</li><li>Certification in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
