Senior System Engineer - Military ProjectAntal International is partnering with a leading Italian multinational defence organization to support strategic programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 localization and capability-building initiatives.We are currently seeking a Senior System Engineer to support upcoming defence projects in KSA.The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, system integration, testing, deployment, and technical support of complex military and defence land platforms equipped with advanced electronic payloads such as Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), C2, and Communication systems.Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)What You’ll DoPlatform & System DesignReview and analyze customer requirementsLead design solutions for key subsystems (ICT, power systems, HVAC, telescopic masts, stabilization)Draft technical documentation, wiring diagrams, specifications, and bills of materialIntegration & TestingInstall, configure, and integrate payloads and subsystemsExecute system integration, functional testing, and upgradesSupport factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT)Project & Customer SupportAct as technical lead between HQ (e.g., Rome) and local KSA teamsUnderstand customer needs and translate them into engineering actionsCoordinate with suppliers for procurement and deliveryPerform site inspections, setup, and troubleshootingTraining & Field OperationsProvide on-the-job training (OJT) to customers and techniciansProduce technical intervention and status reportsSupport local service teams with issue resolutionWhat You BringExperience5+ years in systems engineering, integration, or field deployment of land platform systemsExperience with complex electronic systems in defense, radar, EW, C2, or similar domainsTechnical SkillsStrong background in electrical, mechatronic or mechanical engineeringUnderstanding of ICT, networking, Linux, RF systems, and PLCsExperience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators)Proficiency with CAD/CAE toolsCore CompetenciesExcellent English communication, both written and spokenCustomer-facing experience and strong problem solvingAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems EngineeringIt has come to our attention that clients and candidates are being contacted by individuals fraudulently posing as Antal representatives.
