A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Surgical Sales Specialist to accelerate the growth of our Core Surgical business across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is a high-impact role for a strategic MedTech professional who thrives in a competitive market, understands hospital decision-making, and can deliver strong revenue results.You will own sales forecasting, competitive strategy, and key account growth, leveraging your deep knowledge of the UAE healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and tender processes to drive measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targetsDrive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline managementAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategiesManage strategic hospital accounts and high-value stakeholdersLead product launches and market access initiativesDeliver executive-level sales reports and business insightsRequired Knowledge and Experience7+ years in MedTech sales (Surgical/OR products required)Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processesAdvanced proficiency in Excel (forecasting, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skillsProven track record of exceeding sales targetsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all required responsibilities and skills.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.
