Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and licensed Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality in‑home patient care across Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Eligibility Letter and be ready to activate their professional registration into a full license.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments in home settings, including physical evaluations, vital signs, medication reviews, and care planning.Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and families, tailoring to patient needs.Perform skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, injections, catheter management, IV therapy, and other physician‑directed treatments.Educate patients and caregivers on illnesses, medications, self‑care techniques, and safety protocols.Act as a case manager—coordinate services like physiotherapy, pharmacy support, rehabilitation, and community care.Monitor patient progress, document health status, and alert supervising physicians to any changes.Uphold infection control standards; assess and modify home environments for safety and effectiveness.Mentor and oversee assistant nurses, ensuring delegations comply with professional standards and DHA scope of practice.Provide emotional support to patients and families, respecting cultural values and patient dignity.Maintain compliance with all relevant DHA policies, scope‑of‑practice directives, and documentation requirements.Qualifications & EligibilityDHA Eligibility Letter already issued and valid—you’re in the process of licensure activation.Educational background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, recognized as per DHA’s Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR).Primary Source Verification (PSV) successfully completed via Dataflow.Minimum 2–3 years of recent hands‑on clinical nursing experience.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in home health or community nursing environments.Excellent clinical judgment and adaptability in varied home environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with DHA regulations, licensing procedures, and documentation standards.Empathetic, culturally responsive, and committed to patient‑centered care.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Working ConditionsFull‑time, variable schedule to meet patient needs—including potential evening or weekend visits.On‑call availability may be required depending on shift structure.Role involves both direct patient interaction and administrative duties such as charting and coordination.We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid DHA Eligibility Letter to join our team in Dubai.RequirementsDHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory).Nursing degree/diploma.Clinical experience preferred (fresh DHA‑eligible candidates may also apply).BenefitsCompetitive salary.Housing/allowance + medical insurance.Paid annual leave + flight tickets.Career growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
