With a strong focus on quality and sustainability, we strive to deliver excellence in every structure we build.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Senior Structural Engineer to join our team on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, designing building structures, creating engineering calculations, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications using tools such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD). The role also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising construction to deliver projects on time and within budget.QualificationsProficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with a proven track record in designing safe and stable structures.Strong abilities in Structural Analysis and performing accurate engineering Calculations.Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with an ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Comprehensive knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.Prior experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the GCC region. At least 5 years.Strong communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
