We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:Product Support and Development-Assist in the design enhancement and implementation of wealth products ensuring alignment with market trends customer needs and regulatory requirementsPerformance Monitoring and Reporting- Track and analyze product performance KPIs and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and continuous improvementCustomer Communication and Campaigns-Develop and maintain product collaterals term sheets and campaign materials to support customer engagement and acquisitionMarket Research and Benchmarking- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiationRegulatory and Risk Compliance- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies by supporting audits documentation and process updatesDigital and System Enhancements- Support the implementation of digital tools and system enhancements to improve product delivery and customer experiencePolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholdersSelf-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performanceCustomer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all external customer interactionsThe ideal candidate should have the following experienceAt least 5 years of experience in Banking/financial institutionBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or EconomicsCFA preferable for Investment Products roleCustomer communication and marketingRegulatory and compliance awarenessData analysis and reportingAdvanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)What we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15000– AED 34000 per month.
