For more information, please visit www.inceptionai.ai.OverviewInception AI is leading a transformative initiative to deploy a global AI technology across Abu Dhabi’s key sectors, including Government, Education, and Enterprises.ResponsibilitiesLearning Content Strategy & GovernanceDefine the learning content strategy aligned to program outcomes, audiences, and delivery milestones.Establish content architecture and taxonomy (learning pathways, modules, asset types, tagging/metadata) to enable reuse and discoverability.Create and maintain content standards including templates, style guide, tone of voice, accessibility and localization guidelines, and acceptance criteria.Own the editorial calendar and release cadence, coordinating dependencies across SMEs, providers, platform owners, and delivery teams.Content Development & Curation (Inception + Providers)Develop and/or oversee the development of high‑impact learning assets (e.g., facilitator guides, learner workbooks, slide decks, labs, videos, assessments, job aids).Translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner‑centered content across different proficiency levels and roles.Curate and adapt existing assets (internal, open‑source, partner content) to fit program standards and learning journeys.Coordinate with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and with delivery teams to validate instructional usability.Provider Content Intake, QA & Editorial ReviewAct as the primary point of contact for content delivered by external providers: intake, review, iteration, and approval.Proofread and quality‑check provider assets for clarity, consistency, instructional quality, branding, accessibility, and compliance with templates and guidelines.Implement QA checkpoints and review workflows (SME review, editorial review, stakeholder sign‑off) with clear SLAs.Track and resolve content issues (gaps, duplication, version conflicts) and manage change requests through to closure.Asset Management, Publishing & Release ReadinessMaintain a single source of truth for all training assets including ownership, version history, approval status, and usage rights/licensing.Ensure content is published in the right places at the right time (LMS/LXP, portals, repositories) with correct metadata, permissions, and naming conventions.Partner with platform admins to package content for delivery (uploads, SCORM/xAPI, links, navigation) and validate end‑user experience.Establish content lifecycle management (refresh cycles, retirement, archiving) to keep materials current and reduce noise.Training Delivery Enablement & Continuous ImprovementSupport delivery readiness by equipping trainers/facilitators with complete, standardized asset kits and delivery notes.Set up feedback loops with learners, facilitators, and program owners; translate insights into prioritized content improvements.Monitor content and training effectiveness using agreed metrics (completion, satisfaction, proficiency, reuse) and report on progress and risks.Contribute to train‑the‑trainer and onboarding approaches so partners can deliver consistently and at scale.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field.6–10+ years of experience in learning content management, instructional design, enablement, or training operations.Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing external providers/vendors (briefing, review cycles, SLAs, quality reviews).Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high bar for quality and attention to detail.Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP publishing and common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Captivate) is preferred.Comfort working with technical subject matter; familiarity with AI/data/analytics training is strongly preferred.Project management capability (planning, prioritization, risk management); certification (PMP/Agile) is a plus.Must be an Arabic speaker.What We Look ForIf you are a performance‑driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
