Position: Site Supervision Senior Project Manager Location: AL Jawf Region, Saudi Arabia Skills Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and management for mega-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Lead and manage the consulting aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring successful supervision and implementation aligned with client expectations and project goals. Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely progress and effective risk management. Administer contracts and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide clear, professional communication in English with clients, contractors, and project teams. Oversee technical and administrative aspects of the project with a focus on quality and compliance. Inspire and lead project teams to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. Minimum 15 years of documented engineering experience, including at least 5 years as a Consultant Airports Project Manager in the Gulf region. Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other engineering software related to project management. Strong skills in scheduling, risk evaluation, and contract management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and driving license if is not Saudi.
