Senior service engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per AMC schedules and checklists.Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely rectification within SLA timelines.Maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, package units, split ACs, and ventilation systems under AMC scopeEnsure compliance with AMC terms, scope of work, and exclusions.Prepare and submit service reports, PM checklists, breakdown reports, and job cards after each visit.Coordinate with clients for access, shutdowns, and scheduling of maintenance activities.Identify additional works, spares, or repairs beyond AMC scope and raise service recommendations / quotations through the service team.Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs, compressor replacements, or chiller overhauls.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.Ensure adherence to safety standards, tools management, and housekeeping at client sites.Support AMC renewals by providing technical inputs, site condition feedback, and asset status reports.Support estimation, BOQ review, and technical inputs for variations or additional works when required.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience with VRF systems in the Gulf regionStrong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, Refrigeration SystemFamiliarity with leading VRF brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, etc.Valid Gulf country experience certificate is preferred
