ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive organizational assessments analyzing structure, culture, processes and systems via surveys, interviews, data analysisDesign and implement strategic OD initiatives including leadership development, team building, succession planning and competency modellingDefine communication strategies, coach stakeholders and manage transitions effectively under Change management effortsDevelop and deliver training programs, workshops and facilitation sessions to build capabilities across teamsProvide coaching and mentoring to leaders and high-potential staff to enhance performance and career readinessPartner with HR and business leaders on talent management from workforce planning to retention strategiesMeasure impact of OD efforts via metrics, feedback and evaluation; refine initiatives accordinglyServe as an internal consultant promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and alignment with organizational goalsQualificationsBachelors degree: HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fieldsMasters degree: MBA or HRContract Duration: 6 Months#J-18808-Ljbffr
