Our Managing Directors are organically grown - with the youngest being only 26!About the PositionPosition title: Principal Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Dubai, UAE, One JLT - 5 days in office Mon-FriBusiness: Harris & Co Executive SearchThis position requires previous experience in Recruitment (min. 1-2 years) - open to various markets.You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market with later opportunities to expand into other geographic regions (MENA & APAC); market specialism will be dependant business & team.Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-datewith industry trends.Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.Keep the CRM & databases updated.What is in it for you?Base salary + an industry-leading uncapped commission structure up to 60% (recent monthly paychecks have been up to £80k+ tax free!)Unparalleled career progression - we frequently have consultants obtain promotions within 12-months of joining and have a direct path to Managing Director level within 5 years.Access to an exceptional training and L&D program (some of our top performers have billed 60 consecutive months and counting!).Regular incentives: global trips to locations like Las Vegas, Ibiza, Miami, and Meribel.
