In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.Job PurposeTo carry out receptionist duties as mentioned below.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesAttending all incoming and outgoing callsReceiving, sending, distributing and logging all incoming and outgoing faxesReceiving, sending, distributing and logging all incoming and outgoing mailsCouriers’ documents/parcelsMaintaining an up-to-date telephone directory for Yokogawa offices and employeesMaintaining an up-to-date telephone directory for customers, vendors and governmentVerification of telephone bills before paymentVerification of courier’s invoices before approval and paymentReceiving and logging details of the visitorsHelping the Admin group manager in the preparation of the security guards scheduleQualification And ExperienceAny Degree/ Diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years experience in the field of Administration functions.CompetenciesGood English speaking, reading and writing.Comprehensive telephone skills.SkillsGood knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.Good communication and document management skills.Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
