You will collaborate with various stakeholders and play a key role in enhancing project efficiency and profitability.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecyclePrepare detailed cost estimates and financial assessments, including bills of quantities and tender documentationImplement effective cost control measures and conduct regular project budget reviewsManage and negotiate contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed termsConduct site evaluations, assessing work completed against budget and deliverablesFoster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaborationProvide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors, promoting professional growth and developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction projectsProfessional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is highly desirableThorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholdersProficient with project management and quantity surveying software#J-18808-Ljbffr
