Senior Quantity Surveyor

<div><p>ASGC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil to join our team for ongoing and upcoming large-scale projects across the UAE.</p><p>This role is ideal for professionals with a strong main-contractor background and proven expertise in post-contract commercial management, cost control, and contractual administration.</p><ul><li>15 years of solid experience in civil construction projects</li><li>Proven track record with major main contractors in the UAE</li><li>Strong expertise in post-contract commercial and contractual management</li><li>Hands-on experience in variations, claims, and final accounts</li><li>In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE market practices</li><li>Strong exposure to infrastructure, high-rise, and large-scale developments</li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Drive cost control, CVR reporting, margin protection, and commercial performance</li><li>Independently manage valuations, variations, claims, and final account settlements</li><li>Handle subcontractor commercial administration, including payments, variation assessments, and close-out</li><li>Lead commercial coordination with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams</li><li>Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, cash flow updates, and commercial dashboards</li><li>Identify commercial risks, contractual exposures, and recovery opportunities</li><li>Support project leadership in protecting and enhancing project profitability</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
