Senior QA/QC Engineer – Construction Compliance&Inspections

<p>A QA/QC Engineer is sought to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed technical specifications, ISO standards, and local regulations. This role involves conducting site inspections, managing materials, preparing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Quality Control&Inspection: Inspect daily construction activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works, to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</p><p>- Material Verification: Review technical data sheets, inspect incoming materials, and ensure material submittals match site installations.</p><p>- Documentation&Reporting: Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs), maintain inspection reports, test records, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for prompt resolution.</p><p>- Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and local regulations.</p><p>- Project Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to address quality issues and facilitate final project handover.</p><p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p><p>- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.</p><p>- Mandatory: Classified Engineer "Specialized" - "Building Construction of all types Contracts".</p><p>- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.</p><p>- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, testing methods, and quality control tools.</p><p>- Certification: Specialized certifications (e.g., ISO, QA/QC training) are preferred.</p><p>- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software; excellent report-writing skills.</p><p>Join us to play a key role in delivering top-quality construction projects-apply today!</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
