The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering tailored advice to meet clients’ needs. Tasks include conducting property viewings, providing market insights, negotiating contracts, and maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and property regulations. Additionally, the Property Consultant will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a positive and professional experience.QualificationsStrong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to provide clients with tailored investment and property solutions.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.Sales experience, highlighting negotiation and closing skills in a competitive market.Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations is highly advantageous.A valid Broker's license with UAE driver’s license or access to personal transportation is preferred.Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Multilingual proficiency is a plus, with Arabic fluency being an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
