Senior Project Manager/ Senior Resident Engineer

OverviewWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Based Role) to join our team for a major Infrastructure & Building Development Project in Abu Dhabi.This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with strong experience managing large-scale community development projects involving infrastructure and villa developments.Key RequirementsWorking Hours: 48 hours, 6 days a weekConsultant supervision experience on large residential community developments (villas + infrastructure)Strong contract administration and FIDIC experienceProven experience within Abu Dhabi / UAE projectsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in EngineeringChartered / Professional Engineer certification preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum 25 years of total relevant experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in the UAE or on similar large-scale projectsProven track record in large-scale community development projects in Abu DhabiStrong experience managing Infrastructure works including: Roads, Utilities, Wet & Dry ServicesExperience in villa development projectsPrevious involvement in multi-billion AED projectsStrong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authorities’ regulations and stakeholder coordinationStakeholder & Authority CoordinationApplicationInterested candidates can share their CV at:Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.#J-18808-Ljbffr
