# Senior Project ManagerLocationWokingSalaryAttractive salary and benefits - TAX FREE**Job Specification: Senior Project Manager – Data Centre****About the Role**We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Data Centre delivery to join a leading organisation in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee complex, high-value data centre projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful stakeholder engagement. Previous experience with Microsoft (MS) data centre environments or other hyperscale clients is highly desirable.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead, plan, and manage all phases of Data Centre construction and delivery projects* Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation* Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and senior stakeholders* Ensure all project activities comply with international data centre standards and safety regulations* Manage procurement processes and commercial negotiations* Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and performance metrics* Drive project governance, quality assurance, and documentation* Manage and resolve technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle* Ensure successful handover, commissioning, and operational readiness**Required Experience & Skills*** Minimum 10–12 years of Project Management experience, ideally in Data Centre projects* Demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure* Previous Microsoft experience, or other hyperscale data centre experience strongly preferred* Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, IT, and building systems* Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-budget projects* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)* Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments* Willingness to relocate to Doha (if not already based in Qatar.**About NRL**The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
