Doha, Qatar Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Onshore) - URGENT role. Location: Doha, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our client's team and support major onshore Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong multidisciplinary coordination experience, robust engineering planning capabilities, and solid exposure to brownfield project environments. This role requires significant expertise across Pre FEED and FEED phases, with the ability to manage complex interfaces with statutory authorities and external stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university 15+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer within the Oil & Gas industry in Engineering Must have solid experience in Onshore projects Must have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams Must have well developed engineering planning skills Preferably Middle East experience Experience working with an international engineering consultancy Experience in interface management with statutory authorities and external stakeholders Strong experience in brownfield environment Mandatory experience in Pre FEED and FEED phase Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables across all project phases. Manage project interfaces, including engagement with statutory authorities and external stakeholders. Oversee engineering planning to ensure schedules, deliverables, and regulatory requirements are met. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure compliance with standards and project specifications. Support brownfield activities such as site assessments, engineering evaluations, and integration planning. Collaborate with international engineering consultancies and internal teams to drive project outcomes. Maintain effective communication, documentation, and reporting across Pre FEED and FEED stages.
