Aluminum Site Engineer - Facade & Aluminum Systems

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Site Engineer to supervise the installation of aluminum facades, curtain walls, windows, and structural metal works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation of aluminum systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, pergolas) Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards Manage subcontractors and installation teams on-site Conduct site measurements and prepare technical reports Ensure timely project delivery within budget Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / mechanical engineering or related field 3-7 years' experience in aluminum systems or façade projects Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing systems, and aluminum fabrication Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
