Senior Portfolio Schedule Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Schedule Specialist to enhance our Project Management Office (PMO). This role requires a dynamic professional who can strategically develop, manage, and optimize the portfolio schedules of diverse and complex projects. Your contributions will be pivotal in aligning projects with organizational objectives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the quality of outputs. As part of our dedicated team, you will employ advanced scheduling techniques to support and guide various project teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive projects, programs, and portfolio schedules for multiple projectsIntegrate project schedules into a master portfolio schedule to facilitate overall project trackingCoordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project plans and schedulesManage the identification of dependencies and milestones across projectsReview and analyze schedule submissions from project teams and contractorsProvide mentorship and guidance on scheduling best practices to junior staffEstablish and monitor key performance indicators related to scheduling efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferredAt least 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a significant focus on portfolio management level.Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similarSolid understanding of Earned Value Management principlesBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Make a real impact on Jasara's cybersecurity postureBe part of a collaborative and supportive teamThis company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
