House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supervising construction site activities for large-scale projects, with solid knowledge of site management, drawing review, quality control, and compliance with Saudi regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standardsReview shop drawings and project specifications, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or conflicts with design documentsCoordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address design and construction-related issuesApprove materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirementsReview project execution plans to ensure alignment with project goals and objectivesConduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards, construction issues, and quality concernsProvide technical guidance and support to construction teams, including clarification of specifications and installation proceduresMaintain accurate records of site activities, including progress updates, change orders, and documentationCollaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completionEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including implementation of safety protocols and incident reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringValid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membershipMinimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management, including at least 5 years in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulationsProficiency in construction management software and toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
