Senior Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our outsourcing clients. This role requires strong hands-on payroll experience, the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and pay dates, and a high level of accuracy under strict deadlines.You will be responsible for ensuring compliant, timely, and accurate payroll processing, including End of Service calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with HR, Finance, banks, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness for outsourcing clientsProcessing End of Service (EOS) calculations and final settlementsHandling off-cycle payroll paymentsPerforming bank, payroll, and pension reconciliationsEnsuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policiesSupporting month-end and year-end payroll activitiesPreparing payroll reports and analysis using Excel (Power BI where applicable)Coordinating closely with HR, Finance, banks, and external stakeholdersManaging multiple payrolls and multiple pay dates within the same monthHandling payroll operations efficiently under tight deadlinesBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrating strong verbal and written communication skillsQualificationsProven experience in payroll administration.Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll / HR systems.Strong Excel and analytical skills (Power BI is an advantage).Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law.High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.About PureHealthPureHealth is the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, committed to revolutionizing the nation’s healthcare ecosystem and advancing the future of health through innovation, technology, and world-class care delivery.Why Join UsAt PureHealth, you’ll be part of a transformational journey to redefine healthcare through technology and human-centered innovation.
