Office assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEWe are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent English speaker, preferably Indian. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the management team and handle day-to-day office tasks.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Greeting clients and visitors and responding to inquiries;Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary;Preparing documents such as letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets;Scheduling meetings and appointments;Handling incoming mail;Maintaining filing systems;Liaising with suppliers to place orders;Organizing company events;Assisting with travel arrangements.The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
