ResponsibilitiesMonitor the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.Check the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.Ensure no damage on equipment.Coordinate with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshooting.Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and equipment, preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at the workplace.Work in compliance with quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Awareness ISO.Follow various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.Do CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retightening) as per the checklist provided.Inspect product and packing of the product as per the given standard.#J-18808-Ljbffr
