The role will be responsible for overseeing mechanical design, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.ResponsibilitiesOversee mechanical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and associated utilitiesReview and manage mechanical design drawings, calculations, and technical submittalsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplinesMonitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standardsSupport testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systemsIdentify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challengesEnsure adherence to project schedules, safety requirements, and quality objectivesPrepare technical reports and provide engineering support to the project teamQualificationsMinimum 12+ years of experience, with proven senior-level responsibility on large-scale construction projectsSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatoryExperience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities is highly preferredStrong knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to data centres (HVAC, cooling, fire protection, etc.)Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced site environmentImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
