It is an opportunity to help shape how qlub scales as we build high performing, diverse teams around the world.The roleWe are looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in growing qlub+ and supporting qlub’s broader marketing initiatives.This role is focused on executing marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and restaurant growth. You will manage digital campaigns, communication journeys, and performance tracking across multiple channels including WhatsApp, email, social media, and paid digital marketing.You will work closely with growth, sales, product, and partnerships teams to launch campaigns that drive member acquisition, restaurant traffic, and brand awareness.What you’ll be driving:Execute consumer marketing campaigns for qlub+ across channels such as WhatsApp, email, social media, and in‑app communicationsManage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)Build and manage customer communication journeys including onboarding, engagement, and retention flowsRun A/B tests across messaging, creatives, offers, and channels to continuously improve campaign performanceAnalyze campaign data, user behavior, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunitiesTrack, report, and optimize KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retentionSupport restaurant campaigns and promotions that drive footfall through qlub+Coordinate with sales and partnerships teams to support restaurant marketing activationsManage social media, influencer collaborations, and content initiativesConduct market and competitor research to improve campaign strategyQualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldFluent in English; Arabic is a strong plusExperience running digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channelsStrong understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimizationFamiliarity with email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation toolsExperience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platformsStrong execution, organization, and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced startup environmentWhat we offer:A chance to build and scale a global consumer product (qlub+)Be part of a fast‑growing fintech startup shaping the future of diningWork with highly motivated teams across product, growth, and partnershipsDirect impact on consumer growth and restaurant successIf you are excited about building products that connect great restaurants with the city’s most active diners, we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
