Job Description
Join Qiddiya Investment Company as our Senior Manager: Skills & Career Architecture, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our innovative entertainment destination. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can develop comprehensive frameworks that promote skill development, career progression, and talent retention across our diverse teams.Key Responsibilities:AssessmentCo-create and manage Qiddiya’s assessment strategy for external recruitment, internal mobility, and Playmaker development.Manage the design of assessment campaigns and guide their implementation; ensure HR colleagues understand how to use assessment methods.Interpret assessment data to generate meaningful insights for talent decisionsManage relationships with vendors of assessment services, plus other talent servicesSkills and CareersLead the design, refinement, and operationalization of Qiddiya’s enterprise skills taxonomy and capability frameworks.Define skills in a way that connects to roles, job families, workforce planning, learning pathways, and career progression.Design and maintain career pathways across professional, technical, and leadership tracks.Ensure frameworks are practical, understood, and used by leaders and Playmakers—not just documented.Partner with HRIS and Digital teams to activate and maintain the enterprise skills taxonomy within SuccessFactors and Talent Intelligence Hub, ensuring skills, roles, and career pathways are accurately structured and continuously updated.Partner with HRBPs, Workforce Planning, Learning, and business leaders to embed skills into core people processes.Continuously refine frameworks based on business needs, emerging skills, and organizational strategy.Translate complex skills and career architecture into clear tools, visuals, and guidance for managers and employees.Provide 1:1 career support to high potentials and other key staffChartered Occupational Psychologist, Organizational Psychologist, or equivalent experienceApproximately 8+ years’ experience in Talent, Assessment, Organizational Development, or a related fieldProven experience designing and operationalising skills frameworks, career architectures, or job families in complex organizationsExperience in talent review analysis, report writing, and delivering 1:1 coachingExperience supervising or leading small technical teams and managing HR or talent projectsDeep knowledge of psychometrics, assessment methodologies, and talent analyticsAdvanced analytical and statistical skills, including strong Excel proficiencyFluent English (spoken and written)Skills & CapabilitiesAbility to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersBalances strategic thinking with disciplined executionComfortable working in ambiguity and building new capability from the ground upFuture-focused, leveraging technology and AI responsiblyResourceful, proactive, and highly conscientiousEffective collaborator, confident presenter, and skilled in stakeholder managementComfortable providing advice and guidance to colleagues and senior leadersStrong interpersonal skills; able to build trust, influence, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholdersPassion for talent management and leadership developmentCommitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional growthJoin Qiddiya's team and enjoy a dynamic work environment that offers growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact as our future Playmaker!#J-18808-Ljbffr
