This role involves end-to-end project management, from planning and execution through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and commitment to excellence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects across different domains.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and establish clear timelines and milestones.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project integration and communication.</li><li>Manage project budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues to keep projects on track.</li><li>Implement best practices and project management methodologies to improve project performance and delivery quality.</li><li>Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout project execution.</li><li>Mentor and lead project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance project outcomes and add value.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills with the capability to drive cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in project management software and tools.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.</li><li>Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in project management.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
