You will play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and change management, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best HR practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectivesLead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planningDrive talent reviews, leadership development, and capability-building initiativesOversee the performance management cycle and support managers on development and performance mattersChampion employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance cultureSupport business transformation and change initiatives, including restructuring and integrationManage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policiesLeverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform decision-makingCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, Total Rewards, L&D) to ensure seamless delivery of HR programsLead, mentor, and develop HR team membersAbout youUAE National, fluent in Arabic & EnglishBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMaster’s degree or MBA preferred5 years of progressive HR experience, including in a HR leadership roleStrong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiativesSolid background in employee relations, organizational development, and talent managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Only UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.About the BenefitsIn the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
