This position will focus on delivering robust financial analyses, management reporting, and strategic insights that support project decision-making and enhance financial performance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesPrepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior managementReview and optimize financial models to assess project viability and financial impactMonitor project cash flows, expenditures, and financial performance against budgetsCollaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to analyze financial impacts of project scope changes and risksLead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvementEnsure adherence to financial governance and reporting standards within the development functionSupport the identification and implementation of process improvements within the financial planning and reporting functionsEngage with external stakeholders and audit teams as needed to ensure transparency and complianceDrive strategic initiatives that enhance financial productivity and operational efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or related fieldStrong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), particularly within the context of large-scale development projectsExperience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or similar domains is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience working in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teamsAdvanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plusCompetency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting toolsLeadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide financial analystsBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
