We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Manager - Design for Sports Assets to play a pivotal role in the design and development of state-of-the-art sports facilities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of designing modern sports venues.ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for sports assets, ensuring all designs align with Qiddiya's vision and strategic goalsCollaborate with stakeholders, including sports organizations, to define specific requirements and ensure designs meet functional needsManage a team of designers and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable sports facilities that enhance athlete and spectator experiencesDevelop design standards and guidelines that adhere to international regulations and best practices in sports facility designConduct regular design reviews to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the overall visionEngage with local and international sports venue experts to incorporate cutting‑edge trends and technologies into the designEnsure all designs comply with environmental sustainability standards and promote efficient use of resourcesPresent design concepts to senior leadership and other stakeholders, articulating the vision, benefits, and feasibility of the proposed designsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in designing sports facilities or large‑scale architectural projectsProven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large‑scale projects from concept to completionStrong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience, particularly in sports or entertainment sectorsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related toolsExceptional leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging varied stakeholdersUnderstanding of sustainability practices and regulations related to sports facility design#J-18808-Ljbffr
