The focus activities involve translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions and present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes, and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants also expand beyond client work by supporting business development activities, proposal writing, and knowledge‑building initiatives.Skills and attributes for successStay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s businessFoster, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships at appropriate levelsConsistently deliver quality client services and drive high‑quality work products within expected timeframes and on budgetConstantly develop your understanding of current strategy trends and processes and share your knowledge to develop junior colleaguesUnderstand our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and refer them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possibleDevelop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance‑management activitiesTo qualify for the role you must have:At least 10 years of government‑related work experience as a consultant or government employeeAt least three years of experience leading projects on government strategy, policy making, target operating model design, process improvement and/or technology implementationProven track record in sales and business development for consulting workGood command of spoken and written English and ArabicGood analytical, report‑writing and presentation skillsStrong drive to excel professionallyA degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance or another quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering) is preferred but not essentialIdeally you’ll also haveExperience working with government organizationsExperience related to technology and digital transformation in governmentWhat we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
