Job descriptionAs the Senior Manager and AI Solution Architect, you will hold one of the most influential technical positions within one of Abu Dhabi’s leading financial institutions. Working within the AI Centre of Excellence, you will bridge the gap between visionary "AI Lab" experimentation and enterprise-grade deployment.You’ll be hands on and leading a team to revolutionize customer experience through agentic workflows, RAG, and large-scale automation across 100+ real-world use cases.Discover the RoleArchitecting the Future: Lead the design and deployment of customer-facing AI systems, specifically focusing on Agentic Workflow Automation and Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).Hands-on Leadership: You aren't just drawing boxes on a whiteboard. You likely started in traditional Enterprise Architecture but have spent the last 3–4 years deep in the trenches of AI implementation.Azure Power User: You are exceptionally strong in Azure (this is a must). If you know your way around AWS, that’s a fantastic bonus.AI Specialist: You have a proven track record of building and scaling AI applications (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic systems).The "Agile" Architect: You move fast.
