You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes in large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, provide strategic legal support on public tenders and government procurement processes, and lead negotiations with clients and partners, and much more.We’ll look to you for:Leading legal aspects of public tenders, government procurement processes, and competitive bids in the Middle East to ensure compliance with procurement laws and tender regulationsProviding strategic legal support to teams on large-scale and complex projects, including risk allocation, structuring, and contractual strategyTaking full ownership of PPP projects from the bid stage through financial closingStructuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating high-value contracts (e.g., D&B contracts, consortium agreements)Advising on risk assessment and mitigation strategies from bid preparation until contract signatureLeading negotiations with clients and partnersSupporting claims strategy in coordination with Contract Management teams and managing disputes in collaboration with external lawyersHandling corporate law mattersPromoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conductProviding training on Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and competition lawAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
