WE ARE HIRING : Senior Interior DesignerRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Designer to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver innovative interior design projects that align with sustainability, aesthetic excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role requires deep knowledge of BIM-based design, UAE authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees), and hands‑on experience in interior architecture for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead interior design projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and Dubai 2025 regulations.Create design concepts, space plans, material palettes, and mood boards aligned with client vision and sustainability goals.Utilize Autodesk Revit and BIM tools to develop detailed 3D models, construction drawings, and documentation compliant with ISO 19650 standards.Incorporate Al Safat Green Building System and Dubai Green Building Regulations into all design projects.Oversee material and finish selections with emphasis on sustainable and cost‑effective options.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.Engage directly with clients, presenting concepts through visualizations, VR/AR tools, and mood boards.Mentor and train junior designers on design best practices, BIM workflows, and sustainability principles.Liaise with local authorities for design approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Support the implementation of the company’s digital roadmap, promoting BIM automation, AI‑assisted design, and efficiency optimization.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in interior design, including 5 years in the UAE with exposure to large‑scale projects.Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and design tools such as 3DS Max, V‑Ray, Lumion, D5, or Corona.Strong understanding of Dubai BIM mandates, sustainability frameworks, and UAE building codes.Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools (e.g., TestFit, Spacemaker) is an advantage.Experience coordinating with authorities like Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant bodies.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain design quality under pressure.A valid UAE driving license is required for site inspections.Strong creativity and design vision.Strategic thinking and technical precision.Leadership and mentorship skills.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in sustainable design and digital innovation.Why JoinCompetitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to landmark projects across Dubai and the UAE.Collaborative and tech‑driven work culture.Opportunities for professional development in AI‑driven and BIM‑based design.Ready to take your career to new heights?#J-18808-Ljbffr
