Senior Interior Designer - Site Supervision

ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projectsOversee on-site implementation of design plans ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standardsCollaborate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issuesManage project timelines, budgets and resources effectivelyConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challengesEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations and safety standardsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior designersLiaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutionsStay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices and new materialsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in interior design with a focus on site supervisionProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUpStrong knowledge of building codes and regulations particularly in DubaiExcellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExperience in sustainable design practicesProfessional certification (e.g. NCIDQ, BIID) preferredWillingness to work on-site in various locations across DubaiFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageousRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
