A leading engineering company based in Qatar is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma, along with an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Ashghal or O&M projects, the candidate must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
